where do i collect my race bib and timing transponder?
There will be a lovely registration team at each individual start location. This is where you will collect your unique race bib and timing transponder. All you will need to provide is your name.
Where do i catch the bus from?
If you have booked a bus when registering, you will catch this bus next to the Windsor Reserve (look for the big ‘bus stop’ sign), all you will need to provide is your name. Please aim to arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled bus departure, to allow time to find a park and get on the bus.

10.30am Mini Monty (17km) start point Browns Bay
11.00am Bay Scrambler (11km) start point Milford Beach

When do (online) entries close?
The pricing levels for all event options will increase from the early bird pricing to the standard pricing. After online entries close on Thursday 15th February 2018, entries can only be taken in person at the event registration, and will incur a late fee.
Yes, that’s possible. Please keep in mind there are different start times for the other event options.
If you’d like to change your event option, it’s recommended to do so before the event day, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, it is also possible to change at registration, please note if you change to a larger distance there will be an additional charge for difference in entry fees.
